Online application for the 2025-2026 academic year is now open:

Non-degree Course Application

 

Applicants for the MA Course must attach the following documents to the online application form:

  • detailed curriculum vitae in English, including a photo of the applicant
  • completed questionnaire that can be downloaded from here: doc file / pdf file
  • motivation letter in English
  • photocopy of highest school certificate(s)/degree with English translation (Copy of the original certificate and an official translation of it in English, if it is not in English originally. If you are to graduate in the summer this year, please upload a statement (doc/PDF/jpeg) saying when you will receive your diploma. English translation has to be done based on the original document and NOT copies of the original document.)
  • copy of academic transcripts translated into English (if any)
  • copy of the page(s) in passport with personal data, photo and validity date
  • proof of English proficiency (only for those students whose first language is not English)
  • proof of payment of the non-refundable application fee of 120 EUR

Application deadline: 31 March each year

However, applicants are kindly asked to send the applications at their earliest convenience so that necessary arrangements can be made.

Notification of acceptance will be sent out no later than 15 June each year.

INTRODUCTORY COURSE:

  • curriculum vitae focusing on musical and professional background, including a photo of the applicant
  • completed questionnaire that can be downloaded from here: doc file / pdf file
  • university transcripts or copy of highest school certificate with English translation
  • motivation letter written in English by the applicant
  • names of two referees with their email addresses - Please write this in the appropriate field of the application form.
  • English language certificate (only for those students whose first language is not English)
  • proof of payment of the non-refundable application fee of 120 EUR
  • demonstration video of the applicant’s piano and vocal performance (acceptable digital formats: mp4 or mpeg4 files submitted by web link/url) - Please write the link(s) in the appropriate field of the application form.

HIGHER EDUCATION STUDIES:

  • curriculum vitae focusing on musical and professional background, including a photo of the applicant
  • completed questionnaire that can be downloaded from here: doc file / pdf file
  • university transcripts or copy of highest school certificate with English translation
  • motivation letter written in English by the applicant
  • names of two referees with their email addresses - Please write this in the appropriate field of the application form.
  • English language certificate (only for those students whose first language is not English)
  • proof of payment of the non-refundable application fee of 120 EUR
  • demonstration video of the applicant’s piano and vocal performance: one art song and one piano piece freely chosen from the so called common-practice period (acceptable digital formats: mp4 or mpeg4 files submitted by web link/url) - Please write the link(s) in the appropriate field of the application form.

DIPLOMA IN KODÁLY MUSIC PEDAGOGY:

  • curriculum vitae focusing on musical and professional background, including a photo of the applicant
  • completed questionnaire that can be downloaded from here: doc file / pdf file
  • university transcripts or copy of highest school certificate with English translation
  • motivation letter written in English by the applicant
  • names of two referees with their email addresses - Please write this in the appropriate field of the application form.
  • English language certificate (only for those students whose first language is not English)
  • proof of payment of the non-refundable application fee of 120 EUR
  • demonstration video of the applicant’s piano and vocal performance: one art song and one piano piece freely chosen from the so called common-practice period, the piano piece has to be performed by memory, the art song has to be performed with the applicant’s own piano accompaniment (acceptable digital formats: mp4 or mpeg4 files submitted by web link/url) - Please write the link(s) in the appropriate field of the application form.

However, applicants are kindly asked to send the applications at their earliest convenience so that necessary arrangements can be made and applicants can be informed of acceptance in time.

Confirmation of acceptance will be sent to future students no later than 31 May each year.
