The Institute's Student Choir performing Fauré's Requiem

On 6 November, at the Philharmonic Concert Series, works by romantic composers were performed at the Hirös Agóra.

In the first part of the evening, the Kecskemét Symphony Orchestra performed two works by Franz Liszt, conducted by Mátyás Antal, Liszt and Bartók Prize winning conductor. It was followed by a performance by Liszt and Lajtha Prize winning pianist József Balog.

In the second part of the concert, Gabriel Fauré's Requiem was performed by the Kecskemét Symphony Orchestra, the Kecskemét Singing Circle (director: Péter Erdei) and the Student Choir of the Kodály Institute (director: László Norbert Nemes). Soloists were Zsófia Bódi (soprano) and Domonkos Blazsó (baritone). (Source: hiros.hu.)
