The 2017-2018 academic year began

A record number of students from 18 different countries started their studies at the different courses of the Institute in Septempber: music theory BA, Kodály music pedagogy MA, and nondegree training courses. 

At the opening ceremony the prestigious Bacon-Erdei Scholarship was handed over to two applicants, Theodore Vinden (United Kingdom) and Javier López Jorge (Spain), who also began their studies in this academic year.
