Chamber Choir of the Institute at the Kecskemét Spring Festival
AKA (Red), Chamber Choir of the Institute - together with the Singing Circle of Kecskemét conducted by Péter Erdei and the Aurin Girls' Choir conducted by László Durányik - performed successfully at the concert entitled “Da pacem, Domine” - Wish for Peace in the Lutheran Church on March 26 as part of the Kecskemét Spring Festival.
Under the direction of conductor Yuto Yamaguchi, in addition to masterpieces of Hungarian choral literature (Zoltán Kodály and Lajos Bárdos), rarely heard choral works were also performed (works by Tōnu Kōrvitis and Eriks Esenvalds) from the Institute's Chamber Choir. The event was a charity concert for the refugees from Transcarpathia, Ukraine. (Photos: Kata Gyenes)
