In the present data processing information sheet, you may become aware of the most important information related to the data processing occurring in connection with the use of the training material Move Mi Music.
I. Introduction
1. The Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music (Seat: Magyarország - 1061 Budapest, Liszt Ferenc tér 8.; represented by: Dr. Andrea Vigh as rector and Attila Bertalan Kotán as chancellor; homepage: https://zeneakademia.hu/contact-us, hereinafter: Academy of Music) hereby informs you that the Academy of Music as data controller is doing everything to comply with the provisions set out
- in the Act No. CXII of 2011 on the informational self-determination and freedom of information (hereinafter: Privacy Act) and
- in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) and with any further related legal provisions.

3. The Academy of Music hereby informs you that in connection with the present data processing, the data administrator is:

II. Detailed information in connection with the data processing
Purpose of the data processing: Ensuring the use of the training material Move Mi
Music. The data processing is necessary for the purpose of the carry out of the registration and of keeping contact occurring in connection with the use of the training material Move Mi Music
Legal basis of the data processing: Voluntary and express consent (Article 6 Clause 1 lit. a) GDPR). The consent to the processing of personal data is given during the confirmation of the registration which will be kept by the Academy of Music in a verifiable way.
If the registration is not confirmed within the deadline – 30 days – being open for it the personal data will be deleted.
Categories of data subjects: Persons using the training material Move Mi Music.
Categories of personal data:
a) first name and last name: purpose of the data
processing is the identification of the respective person;
b) E-Mail address: necessary for the identification of the user in the data base and also for keeping contact.
Duration of the storage: The Academy of Music processes the personal data until the withdrawal of the consent.
Recipients: Employees of the Academy of Music who carry out the tasks in connection with the training material Move Mi Music.
Is it mandatory to provide the personal data?
The training material Move Mi Music can be used as logged in user to which the registration is necessary. The provision of the personal data set out in the present data processing information sheet are mandatory for the registration and for the use of the training material Move Mi Music.
Automated decision-making: There is no automated decision-making.
Data transfer to a third country: No data are transferred to a third country.
The Academy of Music hereby informs you that you are liable for the processing of such personal data according to the GDPR1, which come into your possession in the course of the use of the training material Move mi Music.
The following personal data come into your possession in the course of the use of the training material Move mi Music:
a) the name of the student whom you may provide access for the use of the training
material Move mi Music,
b) name and E-Mail address of the legal representative (parents) of the student,
c) task solutions by the student and its evaluation (homework and work in the class).
The Academy of Music shall be deemed as data processor regarding these data with regard to the storage of the data.
III. Data security measures, access to data
1. The training material Move mi Music is an application which complies with the valid data protection regulations, expressly with the provisions of the Privacy Act and of the GDPR and with the information and data security criteria – also technologically.
2. The Academy of Music stores the provided personal data on its own servers (1077
Budapest, Wesselényi utca 52.). The Academy of Music does not use the service of other companies for the storage of the personal data.
3. The Academy of Music does not use any data processor for the data processing related to the training material Move mi Music.
4. The Academy of Music ensures with appropriate measures that the personal data are protected against unauthorized access or against their unauthorized change. Besides the regulation, it also ensures technically that the personal data are accessible only to the necessary extend and only the necessary persons and users determined in the present information sheet may have access to them.
5. The system is protected by a multi-level authorization management. The data are always stored on the server and not on the computers of the controllers. The Academy of Music uses a modern firewall system set in a detailed form, and it also carries out a continuous professional supervision above the IT-systems of the Academy of Music.
6. The Academy of Music do its best that no personal data breach happens. In other cases, it reacts to the breach within the deadline set out in the GDPR and in its internal regulations – but within 72 hours at the latest) and it also makes the appropriate notifications.
7. The Academy of Music regularly have the efficiency of its technical and organizational measures made for ensuring the security of the data processing tested if the data processing falls within the scope of the GDPR.
IV. Your rights regarding the data processing
a) access to personal data,
b) rectification of personal data,
c) restriction of the processing of personal data,
d) right to data portability,
e) deletion of personal data.
If you intend to exercise any of your rights determined above the colleagues of the Academy of Music answer your request as soon as possible but within 15 days at the latest.
The right to rectification may be exercised in the simplest way that you modify your personal data by logging in the surface of the training material Move mi Music.
You may withdraw your consent also on the surface of the training material Move mi Music. If there are technical problems in connection with the withdrawal of the consent, the consent may be withdrawn also in a letter sent to the E-Mail address revoke@movemimusic.com at any time.
The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.
V. Possibilities of the enforcement of rights regarding the data processing
1. We suggest that you contact the data protection officer of the Academy of Music in case of your complaint in connection with the data processing of the Academy of Music who will examine the respective procedure.
