Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra
Conductor: Ádám Cser, Tamás Vásáry
Ádám Cser, conductor and composer, has been the musical director of the Miskolc National Theatre since 2012. In recent years, he has been involved in the premieres of operas by Mozart, Verdi, Wagner, and Bartók, as well as shows of operettas and musicals. On this evening, he will conduct Beethoven’s incidental music for Goethe’s drama. The soloist in the grand concert aria Ah! perfido (Oh, the unfaithful!), highly popular in the early 19th century, is the young soprano Natália Tuznik. A finalist of the 2022 Éva Marton International Singing Competition, Tuznik feels equally at home in the worlds of Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, and Wagner operas.
